Fawkes Coffee

NEW: ETHIOPIA Sidama Grade 2 Acaia Medium-Dark Roast

From the birthplace of coffee, these ancestral coffee varietals are grown interspersed with other plants in a garden rather than in rows as often seen in uniform coffee farms. Hundreds of small farmers across the region bring their coffee to washing stations where cherry flotation and grading channels separate the coffees for export. The “G2” refers to Grade 2 which dictates the coffees can have a maximum of 3 quakers and 8 physically imperfect beans in every 300g, with only a 5% margin for screen size differential.
