Coffee Blossom Honey La Colmenita by Francisco Cardona


Francisco "Chico" Cardona began picking coffee cherries at 15 years old and saved for 10 years to afford a small ten-square meter plot. Now over a dozen years later, he owns La Colmenita at 1800-2000 MASL in the mountains and runs 150 beehives producing some delicious coffee, and some of the most sought-after honey!

If your honey crystallizes, place your Coffee Blossom Honey in a vessel of warm water and allow it to slowly liquefy. 

NOTE: Raw honey is not suitable for infants.
